Ryan O’Neill

I graduated from Teesside University in 2011 with an honours degree in sports therapy. Since then I set up OST and it has gone from strength to strength. Initially we started with one small clinic and now are a multi-centred business covering Glasgow, working with several amateur sports clubs and local businesses. I  currently lecture on the sports therapy degree programme at the City of Glasgow College and Queen Margaret University which has driven me to follow up my degree with further courses in strength & conditioning and nutrition
